Simply Paving Photo Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is open to all entrants who submit photos of Simply Paving purchased paving products  (“SP Photo Prize Draw”). Entrants may submit a picture of their new garden and/or driveway with the Simply Paving paving product installed. Entrants may also choose to also submit a picture of what their garden and/or driveway looked like prior to renovation. 
3. Entry to the prize draw is achieved by submitting a photo(s) of the finished installation of Simply Paving product purchased. By submitting any photo(s) entrants confirm that they have the permission of any applicable organisation they are working for to enter the prize draw, if required. 
4. The winner will win a prize of £200 Amazon Vouchers.
5. The prize draw closes at 11.59 on 30th November 2021 (the “Closing Date”).  Pictures will be judged by a panel of the Simply Paving Team. We will shortlist 10 entries and then randomly select a winner. Any photos submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
6. The winner will be notified by the email address they specified when they submitted the photos within 30 days of the Closing Date. When submitting the photos, it is the entrant’s responsibility to provide a valid email address to receive the prize.
7. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying them accordingly. The winner will receive their prize no later than 30 days after they claim the prize.
8. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified then the prize will be lost.
9. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.
10. Entrants agree for their pictures to be posted on the Simply Paving website and social media channels.
11. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

13. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
